Payment Options

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and MSP™ EGift Cards. Credit Card purchases are charged on the date the order is placed. All purchases are subject to verification before shipping.

We also accept personal checks. To pay by check, please select "check/money order" for your method of payment during the check out process, and submit your order. Please make your check payable to: "MSP by Miraclesuit, Inc." and send it to: MSP, 1407 Broadway, Room 1911, New York, NY, 10018. We will process your order as soon as we receive your check.

Shipping Fees & Policies

We offer Free UPS Ground Shipping on orders over $100.00 within the 48 Contiguous States (pre-tax and discount). Please see our shipping chart below for shipping fees on orders less than $100.00.

On orders to Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii, please add $25 to the shipping chart below.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses.

Inventory may be subject to availability. During high volume periods, order processing may be delayed. This includes sales and special holidays. Shipping and handling costs are determined by the dollar amount of your order and charges are calculated before taxes.

Standard Shipping & Processing Times

All orders including express shipping options are shipped 1-4 business days from the day the order is processed. Orders placed before 12PM EST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12PM EST are processed the following business day. No additional changes can be made to your order once an order has been placed. Inventory may be subject to availability. During high volume periods, order processing may be delayed. This includes sales and special holidays.

We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. All packages arrive Monday - Friday.

Unless specifically requested, all orders ship UPS without a required signature.

Express Shipping

Expedited shipping methods are only available for the 48 Contiguous States via the following methods:

  • UPS Next Day Air = Arrives 1-3 Business days after order date
  • UPS 2nd Day Air = Arrives 2-4 Business days after order date
  • UPS 3 Day Select = Arrives 3-5 Business days after order date

Canada

For shipments to Canada, please add $20.00 to the UPS Ground shipping & handling chart above. Orders to Canada cannot be shipped using an express shipping method and will be shipped UPS Ground only. Orders will arrive approximately 7-14 business days from the date of purchase. Orders may be subject to customers clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original estimated delivery time.

International Orders

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipment Delays

If your shipment is delayed for any reason, you will be notified via email. If an item that has been ordered is no longer available, you will receive an email indicating which item(s) are no longer available and the amount you have been refunded.

Free Returns

Returns are simple and free because we want you to love what you ordered! So if you are unhappy for any reason, you can return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 45 days of the purchase date. Items must have original tags. If any tags are removed or the items are returned in a worn or distressed condition, we will not be able to process the return & you will have the option of having your item(s) mailed back to you at your own cost.

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. We'll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged however; original shipping charges are not refundable. We will not accept returns of merchandise after 45 days from the order date. Returns are processed within 14 business days from the date the return is received. We will notify you via email once your refund has been completed. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

If you are returning a gift, you will be emailed a MSP EGift card.

MSP provides a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label with orders originally shipped in the 48 Contiguous States.

Step 1. Fill out the return form included in your original package. Make sure to put your order number, name, item(s) you are returning and reason for the return. If you are returning a damaged or defective item, make sure to indicate whether or not you prefer a refund or a replacement item.

Step 2. Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label to your package and ensure old shipping labels are removed or obscured. No postage additional postage is required. You may drop your package at a UPS dropbox or take it to any authorized UPS facility.

If your order arrived without a pre-paid shipping label or you do not wish to use the pre-paid label included in your original order, please use any traceable shipping method of your choice to mail your item(s) back to us. Fill out the return form included in your original package. Make sure to put your order number, name, item(s) you are returning and reason for the return. If you are returning a damaged or defective item, make sure to indicate whether or not you prefer a refund or a replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our products! If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may send it back to us within 45 business days from the purchase date. Once the item has been received, we will either send you a new item free of charge or issue a refund within 14 business days from receiving your item(s). On the return form, make sure to indicate whether or not you prefer a refund or a replacement item.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not have an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above to send back your merchandise and then go to www.mspbymiraclesuit.com & submit a new order for your new items.

Order Changes/Cancellations

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

In the event that an order is cancelled after it has been processed, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the total refund. The cancellation fee does not apply to duplicate orders that were mistakenly placed.

Sales/Discounts

All sales and promotional discounts will be honored on orders for the duration of the sale. Discounts cannot be applied to orders that are placed outside the promotional time frame whether it is before or after the promotional event.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment from MSP, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to MSP. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
